Chris has now returned to London and has been an advocate for natural healing, eating for health and meditation for nearly two decades.

Fimo is a meditation teacher, podcast host and writer. His meditation journey began in 2009 after visiting India, and since then, he has completed thousands of hours of practice and two mindfulness courses. He is also the host of the When The Village Meditates podcast, where he shares his insights on mindfulness and personal growth.
